Legal Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Everydaymoney Budgeting App ("App") provided by Everydaymoney ("Everydaymoney," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

This information helps us improve the functionality and performance of the App. We may also collect data related to your activity and interactions with the App, including IP addresses, system setup information, and device event data.

The App and its content are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of Everydaymoney or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

To the extent permitted by law, Everydaymoney shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including any errors, malfunctions, or security breaches.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Central Bank of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
Modification of the Terms
Everydaymoney reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms via the App or through other communication channels. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms
Cookies Collected

Cookies help us keep track of things and improve how well you utilize our services. Your personal information is protected in part by you as well. Your username, password, and email address for your Everydaymoney accountshould all be kept private. Your Everydaymoney account login details or other Everydaymoney account security information may be used to send us instructions. we will consider that you have authorized the instructions. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use ofyour Everydaymoney account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to provide our Services, terminate Everydaymoney accounts, and to remove or edit content. We may retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, subject to applicable law, which may occasionally require us to store your Personal Information for a specific period of time.
