By Using EverydayMoney, You Agree

By accessing or using the EverydayMoney app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Your Account Responsibilities

Keep Your Credentials Secure: You're responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your username, password, and email. Don't share them with anyone.

Data Protection Commitments: When we process merchant customer data for Moniq and Komposa, we act as a data processor on the merchant's behalf and apply appropriate data protection commitments as described in our Privacy Policy.
Connected Services: If you enable WhatsApp, Instagram, Shopify, Stripe, Google Calendar, or Calendly integrations, you authorize us to access the minimum data needed to deliver those features as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining required consents and notices for your customers.
Automated Decisions: If any automated decisions could have legal or similarly significant effects, customers may opt out by requesting a human assistant. Merchants can also disable AI automation in settings.
Data Retention: We retain your personal data as long as necessary to fulfill service purposes and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We may occasionally be required by law to store your data for specific periods.
Our Rights: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, and suspend access at our discretion. This helps us maintain a safe and compliant platform for all users.
